Metal Channel Strip Brush
Shapes & Construction
Straight strip brush is made first for all shapes of brushes we produce. It consists of the brush fillings with a center wire laid down over a continuous flat steel belt formed into a “U” shape channel. The fillings pinned down by the center wire and inserted into the “U” shape mental channel. As the mental channel is squeezed tightly and closes over the center wire causes the fillings to form vertically into a brush.
The flexible character of the mental channel strip causes it can be used as a straight strip, outside & inside spirals or disks, cup types, or formed into any required shapes to your needs.
